It’s what’s for lunch

Sardines are right down there at the bottom of a food group with Sushi. I tried a sardine once,,, gagged on the little bones.

When I was in high school, a friend of mine's girlfriend's mother was Korean. I didn't mind the kimchi, but most everything else I ate to be polite. It looked gross and tasted gross.

Before retirement, I worked in the corporate HQ for an international company. We had people there from all over the globe. The Koreans would tell me that in Korea, if it moved, they ate it. Rats, mice, bugs, dogs, cats, anything. And you could get all of that from the street vendors on most city streets.

At the church J-Man and I used to go to, there was a Korean lady would would make him Kimchi, and she would leave it in the sound room for him. I was a sound guy at the time, and we would sit back there and try not to puke from the smell.

I walked thru the street market every time I left the base to go home since lived in the village.
