Instead of using them for fried okra I canned them and will use them in soups and gumbo. I don't normally like them this size (insert joke here) but I hate to let them go to waste. I already have enough dried seed for next year (insert 2nd joke here).

Got 14 quarts total.
 
We actually have a garden here in Scottsdale.

It's interesting and challenging, to grow anything when it's 110 degrees for six weeks straight.

We have two peach trees that are pretty awesome.
Peppers do well too.

My CornBread Tree has had issues. ( I like CornBread. )
