I'll not put it all here, read the article if it interests you. Frankly it pisses me off, not necessarily that they got funding for their war efforts but because the country continues to be a crap hole for corruption, waste, and outright thievery (which is the reason we're involved in my opinion).
It's a cleverly designed and well-oiled mechanism for money laundering.

He actually came in a distant 3rd behind Nikki Haley.

OK, he was out of the race by then, but he was trailing Trump the whole time.

Interestingly, DeSantis has one of the highest disapproval rating of any governor. He's popular among Republicans, but likely less popular than Trump with Democrats and Independents. Moderates and liberals see him as an extremist. He would have lost the election badly had he become the GOP nominee for president.

I will give him this though, at least he isn’t in a courtroom 4 days a week. That’s always a plus…it may be a little embarrassing that he couldn’t beat such a likely “criminal”…but it’s still a plus.

Speaking of being a criminal, Trump continues to be a political trendsetter in that at least we’ll be knowingly voting in a criminal instead of believing we elected an honest and trustworthy candidate only to later find out that one was the most vile snake imaginable.

The really telling thing is how these universities are refusing to take action to defend the rights of the students who want to attend classes. I guess it's lucky for all these pro-Hamas demonstrators I'm not the president of a university they are demonstrating at. I'd have the police and firefighters there. The firemen would wash down the demonstrators with water from their firehoses while the cops arrest those they catch for criminal trespassing as they try to run away.
