The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday struck down California’s ban on high-capacity magazines on the basis that its restrictions violate the Second Amendment -- noting that it would criminalize half the magazines in the U.S.

Just ban the ammo or the primer. Dang it, hope that didn’t give anyone any ideas. I doubt many from the Ninth frequent this place anyway.

I read that one place has already found the way... we're just lucky that the liberals are too stupid to use it.

100% tax on ammo, 200% tax on weapons. All the shops will be out of business in a year.
 
I'm guessing they will overturn themselves when the full court hears the appeal. I do like the reasoning here though. First, is it an undue burden, and second is the item to be banned an "unusual weapon". One would think that the modern sporting rifle would follow exactly as the magazines did here.
