They are already fraudulently voting with Absentee ballots because no ID is required, only a registered name and address. So if the democrats are voting 3 absentees ballots and their one personal vote at the polling place, the new Cali system doesn't increase the probability of fraud at all,,, it will be the same. The democrats have cheating down to an art form because they have no conscience or any sense of self respect.
