American Academy of Pediatrics urges Biden administration to declare emergency over 'unprecedented' RSV surge

My granddaughter has had RSV since last weekend... it is just another annoying cold with fever, cough ,and runny nose at this point. The doctors have no medicine to give children, it just has to run its course like any other cold.

My Granddaughter is constantly sick, as was her father as a baby and toddler... so no big surprise. It is not the death machine at this point.

To be honest, all sorts of colds and flu are going around... it is normal. Possibly a little worse since people sat shut in for 2 years and now their body has no immunity.

All of my staff seem to be out a few days or are sniffing and blowing noses. I have so far remained healthy, well see.

Just a money grab again:

The organizations say emergency declarations "would allow waiver of certain Medicare, Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) requirements so that hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers may share resources in a coordinated effort to care for their community and have access to emergency funding to keep up with the growing demands, specifically related to workforce support."
