Appeals court sides with Trump on Transgender military ban

Can you imagine if the progressive's preferred definition of sexual harrassment (he made me feel uncomfortable) we're applied to heterosexual's encounters with trans people? I'm not advocating that, but it's a hell of an argument to use against the libs.

As for the policy, meh. I would leave that one up to the psychologists and sociologists. The law allows someone to be rejected from the military for a host of reasons that might be considered discrimination elsewhere.

The military is no place for special interest groups to carry out their agendas, especially when it comes to things like sexuality and such. Any reasonable person should be able to see what problems forcing the military to accept transgenders or even homosexuals can cause, and they shouldn't be forced to deal with that. Add to the equation the FACT that transgenders have an extremely high rate of mental illness, and this alone makes it scary. Just citing facts here, not hating on trannies. As I've opined before; the truly compassionate policy would be getting them psychological help instead automatically glorifying a person's decision to play cut and paste with aftermarket parts.

IMO, we should leave these decisions to the military commanders and the courts and special interest groups should stay out of it.

Congress has been using the military as the lab rat for social experiments for decades. Trust my 29 years of service when I say that.
