I bet I could wrapped these racks in tin foil, toss em up on the roof, and slowly cook them for fall off the bone tender!!! Instead, I am cooking them INSIDE the air conditioned house in the pressure cooker
 
I had some last night at a BBQ place in Cleveland. They were awesome!!! Almost as good as mine.
 
Yum! It's too hot to cook anything. This is cereal and sandwich weather. Lol

Though I may make ham steak for dinner tonight. IDK yet. I'm burning up after cleaning and treating the pool.

I agree. I finally made myself eat a protein bar. It is just too hot to eat!
 
Yeah, I made myself eat a cereal bar. One of the Trader Joes organic strawberry bars. Oh my gosh they are good, but today I split it with BabyB. Lol
 
I ate some leftover ribs and a tomato sandwich for lunch.
 
I was gonna do ribs today. Changed my mind. I'm seeing tomato sandwiches in their future. :))

But, yes, atlantadav, I think that would work, except you might burn them.
 
my mom wanted to cook cookies in her car today. She heard about people doing this a while back... they where good and she said her car smelled amazing when it was time for her to drive home
 
I grilled a couple of ribeyes tonight. I bought them at a grocery store in Helen called "Betty's." These were so tender it was amazing.
