Yeah, I wanted more of that, too. But he's young, a Congressman who isn't used to being on the national stage (in this format), and was prolly concentrating on keeping his answers on point and being respectful. I really would have liked to have seen a smackdown of ol' Joe, though.

When Ryan was talking about the Libya terrorist attack and Joe was doing his laughing, I was hoping Ryan would have said, "Mr. Vice-President, what is so damn funny about 4 Americans being killed by terrorists?" Now that would have shut Biden up while sounding presidential? Every time after that if Biden was laughing, say during discussion about unemployment, use it again: "Mr. Vice-President what is so funny about 23 million Americans trying to find jobs?" Those watching would have been agreeing with Ryan.
