Here is the comment that goes through my mind:

Yay, another one we have to house, feed, clothe, educate and medicate for life. Then, after these unwanted kids grow up, all expenses paid by we, the taxpayers, we get the privilege of listening to them tell us how evil and horrible we are. Aren't we the lucky ones. Aren't we smart
