Well, now that's nice, this is just the initial, but it shows:
County M&O 5.228 (Down from 5.650 last year, approx 8% higher last year)
Bond and Interest: 2.00 (Down from 2.20 last year, approx 10% higher last year)
Fire 3.1 (Same as last year)
Of course, the biggie is the School tax, not when they will say if they do a rate reduction.
So they are attempting to claim the budget is going down 2 million to 88 million, when they raised the initial budget last year from 82 million to 90 million. Hmmm really?
The fire dept is making out like bandits from this value increase over the last few years. It seems they don't have to cut the rate as values rise.
From 11.792 million in 2018 to 17.394 million in FY 2022. Not bad They are attempting to add 12 firefighters this year with the increase.
We are paying another $275,000 in legal fees to the airport to help with their fight. Yeah us.
Government Facilities has taken a jump too. From 1.3 million in 2018 to 3.03 million in 1922. 1/3 of that, a cool million, is this year. I guess most of that is the new courthouse and jail.
Someone on here will like this: The Marshal office is getting an 11% increase in budget, while the Sherriff only gets 2%
You can tell it's not an election year - DOT gets hit with a 34% reduction in budget. No vote paving in the budget this year!
Wow, stormwater gets a mind blowing 92% increase in budget! From 741K to 1.370 million!
Can't find anything about the bonds for the RCR nor, costs on the project. Hmmm....
