Consumer prices surge 5% annually, most since August 2008

Some of our suppliers are telling us to buckle up, this is only the beginning of the hyperinflation.
I keep waiting for truckload freight costs to subside but so far no luck. Lanes which we regularly moved for $2-$2.50 per mile a year ago are now costing $4/m or more. I’m just hoping customers don’t go belly up leaving the transportations companies holding the bag as most are unsecured contracts and agreements.
