Thank you! That actually makes total sense (I think, LOL) My grandma tried to explain how she does binding on her quilts, and she must have seen my eyes glaze over. So saturday she bought be a book that explains it (I have the best Grandma ever!). It is a different method, too, and it still confused me. LOL I will try it this way this week, becuase I did find some CUTE material in Chatt with whales on it that I was going to use for a blanket, but I wasn't going to use binding, LOL.
