Just thinking about this... I'm going to go ahead and prepay my trash guy for the whole year.

I would prefer the USA just limp along and come out the other side, than give all this plus• $25,000,000 for additional salary for House of Representatives... really:tapfoot2:
 
So if I am reading this right, you have to have either a 2018 or 2019 tax return to qualify.

My PIL quit filing 2 or 3 years ago because they never owed anything and were not getting anything back.

I guess I'll have to file a quick federal 2019 return for them.
