COUNTY PARKS AND SILVER COMET TRAILHEADS TO REOPEN

The Paulding County Board of Commissioners and County Officials continue to monitor and evaluate the ongoing situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). On Saturday, April 25, 2020, at 7 AM Paulding County will reopen all County Parks and Silver Comet Trailheads, with the exception of Braly Sports Complex. The Silver Comet Trail and County parks will reopen for walking, hiking, running and bicycling.

The facilities at the parks will remain closed and organized sports continues to be prohibited. Social distancing requirements remain in place. These are challenging times for everyone; as we all navigate through the ongoing situation and begin to reopen locations, we ask that you take personal responsibility to insure your safety and the safety of others by continuing to follow the CDC’s recommendations for COVID-19. The safety of our citizens remain our highest priority.

The Board of Commissioners appreciate all of the sacrifices that our citizens have made during this unprecedented time.
