Dad: School Covered Up Daughter's Bathroom Assault by Boy in Skirt

I hate it for the daughter and, if true, I hope their family makes "bank" off the cover-up.

I remember during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing, all the Democrats coming out saying the woman who accused him of sexual assault should be believed. They demanded he not be confirmed solely based on the woman's statement. They believed Kavanaugh to be guilty.

Now we have a case where a boy wearing a skirt goes into a Loudon County high school in VA and sexually assaulted a girl. How do we know this? Because the girl told her parents it was a boy in the skirt. Now the left is saying crap like, "We don't know the facts" "This is a witch hunt."
The left is nothing but a lying ass group of hypocrites. The left knows this assault that took place in their own backyard is an embarrassment to their agenda of transgenders identifying themselves of the opposite sex they were born, because people on the right were saying, "This is only going to lead to guys saying they are a transgender girl so they can gain access to girl's restrooms to sexually assault them."

I saw recently where the left wants all businesses and schools to have at least one gender neutral bathroom. Here's why. If it became law that besides having a separate bathroom for each gender, adding a third bathroom would be costly and therefore businesses would comply with the law by making both bathrooms gender neutral. It would be the same way for school districts.

The left are full of Godless mentally ill people.

Scott Smith told the Daily Wire his daughter was assaulted by another student in the school bathroom last May, by a boy wearing a skirt. But when he was told by the school at the time they would handle the incident in-house, school administrators eventually called the local sheriff's office after Smith, in his own words, "went nuts" and insulted the principal.


"Six cop cars showed up like a f***ing SWAT team" to respond to the school's complaint about an assertive parent, he said.

"Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night," Smith said.

The Daily Wire notes the kit results were favorable to the prosecution's case.

Here is a second problem, the school denies it happened in the bathroom:

Smith would later be arrested at a school board meeting in June and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. He told the Daily Wire he lost his temper after a local woman told him she did not believe his daughter after the school said they had no records of assaults in a school bathroom during a discussion on policy for transgender students.
 
Can you blame the guy for going nuts? if that was my daughter I would have some butts (and possibly a tallywacker) on a platter.

Can you imagine a school saying they would handle a rape "in house"? :cantbelieve: Did they learn nothing from the Catholic Church? Can't call out the gay men who rape little boys and girls.

Not sure when our society will identify that maybe a kid has more problems than wanting to wear dresses... but that might be the first clue something isn't going right in the kids life/mind.

The article said, "The person that attacked our daughter is apparently bisexual and occasionally wears dresses because he likes them."
 
Can't make this stuff up! The cross dresser was transferred to another school, and re-arrested for sexually assaulting a second girl in school.

Loudoun County Public Schools did not record multiple known incidents of alleged sexual assault in schools dating back several years, despite a law that requires statistics about school safety incidents to be reported to the public and which includes provisions holding school superintendents personally liable for violations, a Daily Wire review of public records found.

Rape clearly is a felony, both for juveniles and for adults, so the two incidents from the previous school year should have been reported to the VDOE.

And the other ones that were never reported should be opened.

Rapists do not do that once. When these behaviors start below the age of 18, these kids need special help.

In the past they would have been in a lock down alternative school, not transferred to another public school.

But we protect the aggressor and say they must be the "victim." Throw in the LGBTQXYZ, and prosecuting them becomes about bigotry instead of their crime against the true victim.

She was not the only one either. :mad: They gave him access to more girls giving him the opportunity to be a repeat offender.:fingerwag:

Within the district, it seems many sexual assaults were "handled in-house," never being reported or involving the police as they should have.
 
Wow what a huge surprise. Who could have possibly seen shared bathrooms as possible hunting ground for predators? Everyone I know with an ounce of common sense predicted this when the argument over trans BS started. This country is being manipulated by idiots, pervs, minorities and commies. These are the squeaky wheels but they are still the minority and the majority fiddles as Rome burns. As for this case the little freakazoid would pray for prison if it were my daughter. The tax rate for this school district would triple after the lawsuit I put on them.
 
I don't think the people in our country understand how Soros is making our country fall even further into chaos by giving huge amounts of money to those running who want criminal justice reform. It is a connect the dots kind of ah, ha moment... and a little tin foil hat... but Soros is a bad evil dude.

When I first moved back in 2018, Soros ran TV and radio ads promoting a horrible candidate who said, "I’m running for District Attorney because the DA’s office has been staunch opponents of criminal justice reforms," Jones-Wright said.
