Dang Old Air Conditioner...

The old air conditioner in this old office is on today. It is a window unit from the turn of the century (the one before that last one) and it's blowing cool air, but there is some FUNK smell mixed in with it...

I went outside to check the intake, just in case someone hadn't cut off Guard Dad's feet and hung them in front of it...

No....glad to find out that Guard Dad is okay, but I still don't know where that stink is coming from. And NO it's not me....
 
We in the industry call it "dirty sock syndrome". It's caused by mold and mildew on the evaporator coil and it will need to be chemically cleaned to really get rid of it. The smell will probably subside some after it runs awhile, but that crap is not the healthiest stuff to breath.

::cough:: ::cough:: Pardon me....I'm feeling poorly....where's that number for Gilbert & Montlick? Maybe I'll call that stupid TV attorney who wears that silly Indiana Jones hat.

I think I'd rather have him for my atty than that other Nugent guy. LOL
(I just call Ken Nugent, Ted, all the time...slip ups...old age...blonde...)
