This is no surprise as cutting the Defense budget is what the Democrats do when they have the majority and the WH.

They should cut it more along with cutting every other department 10 times as much. The federal govt does way too much.

I agree. You always hear them calling for cuts to the Defense Dept. I have also heard them in the past calling for budget cuts for Homeland Security (most likely to significantly reduce border patrol and immigration agents. Other than those; how many times have we heard them call for budget cuts in any other government funded agency? I don't recall a single time.
