I was just halfway listening to a story on whatever channel has the 11 Alive news at 10 and they were talking about something called "Buzzy" to help take away the pain of shots. The part of the story that got my attention when the woman was talking about numbness and she said something to the effect of, "I needed a vibrator." That got my attention. Apparently the motor in Buzzy was initially the motor from vibrators.


I'm sure there will be a link, but I just wanted to share that nugget.
