Ga GOP making a mistake that may backfire on them?

I've been looking at this attempt by the GA Leg to take over Fulton's Elections office.

My gut feel is they better have ALL their ducks in a row to try that, or anything that happens will be blamed on them with court battles out the butt.

I really think the left could use this as a rally cry in the midterms. It's not like ATL is going to suddenly start electing GOP candidates. Let it be until after the midterms!
 
We're slowly losing the state and any action against the Dems / liberals in Fulton will be plastered all over local and national news anyway so I say why wait, get on with it so Atlantat can be rebuilt (again).
