I can clearly hear him saying that in his recognizable voice and timing. If you need a break from all the stress and chaos I recommend looking one of his shows up. This order is because so many folks think that a suggestion for social distancing does not apply to them. They are special and need 800 rolls of toilet paper and access to their group of equally special friends and family while you stay your ass at home and use corn cobs. This shelter in place law is to give LEO and municipalities some punitive tools to deal with dumbasses. My wife is working from home for the third week now and I have essential status so nothing will really change for us. My guys are working six days a week so they are making some bucks too.
