Here comes Ian... could be a nasty storm Weather may be a Category 3 or 4 hurricane

It’s like poison ivy…you only get it if you touch it or get near it.

So glad I no longer live on the gulf.

My years on the North Shore of New Orleans back in 2007/2008, then on the Gulf Shore in Alabama 2014 to 2018, were quiet years, I only went through two cat 1 and one cat 2 Hurricanes, but I lived in constant fear of storm surge, and flooding from the rain from the storms. Loved being near the beautiful beaches in the gulf, loved the people, but so glad to have moved back home.

I am content living in San Diego where I don't have to worry about flooding, hurricanes, tornados, or thunderstorms that are seasonal threats.

The worst threat is from our politicians...

But they're worse than any CAT 5

A little more of this in every state, and the USA would be safe again:

Marceno warned the public not all looters will get away with their lives.

"I'm not playing. We're not playing. We have law and order and great residents will be safe and secure. We've had arrests on these incidents," Marceno continued. "You might walk in. You'll be carried out."
