Housing opinion question

I think I may do both....go with attached 2 car garage now with house and I can always add a detached 2 or 3 car garage later. Metal building garages are reasonably priced so adding one later wouldn't be horribly expensive.
Will you adopt me?

I think I found the perfect floor plan for you.

Both of ya’ll are wrong….you can have the crapper next the kitchen (especially GD). Move the kitchen to one end, bedroom in the middle, crapper on the other end.

You’re welcome.

^^^^ Something abut this reminds me of the phrase "Face down, nine edge first".
Some of the nerds will get this...

Probably dumb window question.....if you have a double window like this....

Can you split it into two windows to be installed separately?

I believe they are made both ways.

BTW, get at least double pane low-e glass with the large (5/8-7/8") gap filled with argon gas. Besides being highly efficient, they do an amazing job at knocking down outside noise infiltration.

More details behind the question....I've already ordered windows about a month ago for my original floorplan despite not having selected a builder yet. The new floorplan (and likely builder) that I've decided to switch to has the same number of windows except in one area it has 2 3x5 windows a few feet apart instead of 1 6x5 double window on the original plan.

I'm not obligated to buying the windows since they said they can always sell them to someone else, but given the long delays to get windows, using these with the new plan might help avoid delays. I could ask the window rep guy, but I'm holding off on that for a bit (long story).

Just depends on whether they are made as singles or in a single frame.

Probably gonna have to ask the window guy.
