I changed a few things

One of my peeves about this software was that when you quoted a post, you didn't get the full window with the smilies and stuff unless you clicked "Preview". I have changed that so now you do. The only downside...the Quick Reply window is now closed until you click on it to open.

Also, I have globally killed the "Warning, new posts have been made while you were posting" message.

These are theme specific, so if any of you don't see these changes, let me know along with which theme you use.

We might be playing with more settings in our continuing quest to improve The Hwy.
 
Mine has, I used to just the the typed characters now I see the smiley instead. ;D I like it.

this was before I actually hit post. I always saw everyone else's smilies.

When you quote a post, you used to get a "Quick Reply" window that didn't have the smilies or buttons. You would have to click "Preview" to gee the full reply window. Now you get the full window when quoting.

Mine is exactly as it was before.
 
Now I can just hit reply and wa la, I get a blank page with all the smilies right there. No more preview!!!

I also noticed if you quote something that has a pic in it, it no longer reloads the pic in the reply........should save on time and bandwidth.

I put up a screen shot picture so you could see what I see. I still have to click the [more] for the other smilies. I thought that was what you were talking about.

I like this one, flagrantly. But I think pink floral has the best layout. It's just SO bright. :laugh
