Thanks Mrs. B and GD. Yep, bit of fun stresses these days.

I'm "moving" up there this Sunday. She has a little one bedroom apartment she has been staying in. The lease runs out in a few weeks, then we will be living "somewhere." Not sure where, as we can't afford to pay a third dwelling payment (rent/lease/etc.). Looking to find someone who can rent us a room for a few months.

Yeah, that stinks having to go from a nice house to a small apartment.

Well, hopefully something will break loose either on the houses or your job situation.

Gah! That sucks. Have you looked into renting out your properties here? I think that is the direction we are going within the next year. There is a sweetheart of a man than owns a couple of houses in my 'hood and he said he'd "manage" our property for us since our plan is to move out of state.

What part of the county are you in?

Hey, look at it this way. You can claim TN as your resident state on your taxes, and you will not have to pay income tax!

Actually, I arranging to meet with a property manager this week to rent my old house. We think Mrs. Mac house will sell, mine is just not going to move unless we lose a lot of money. They are both in Gwinnett county.

And, oh yeah, no state taxes is going to be pretty neat!

We will see... that is the plan. But, that has been the plan before and it didn't work out. We were in the same situation as MacDaddy, but trying to move to Chattanooga. I was there working and he was here, trying to sell a house in a collapsing economy. It was 2008-2009.

We are going to try again, b/c we want to raise BabyB around our family, though I don't know if we will be able to do it or not. MrB's job is just too good now. I am afraid he will not be able to replace it.
