Yesterday stunk cause of my phone shattering all over the driveway. :rant

Today was better. The guy at Verizon knew about a dozen people from my work and was very helpful. He hooked me up with the new 4G Verizon HTC Thunderbolt and me likes it very much. The larger screen is so much easier for me to see and use. And the BEST part is that doubles as a mobile hot spot. I can actually use my little lap top while I'm out and about now. PARTY TIME :DN

I know to some this is old hat, but for a feller like me who runs about 5 years behind everyone else in tech world, it's like CHristmas morning. :DN

Good to know! Mrs. Mac and I may be in the market for phone upgrades in the near future.

FWIW, keep an eye on your data usage. Especially if you use the mobile hot spot feature!

ok Lil' Bro, 'fess up, you got this phone b/c the commercial for it has an rc helicopter in it ;) :D

Congrats! Nice phone! :CLAP

Read the fine print about the mobile hotspot, you can run up some expensive charges very quickly!

Even if you have an unlimited data plan? I will look at it...

I have Sprint and the mobile hot spot is an additional charge (I don't have it). I have an unlimited data plan and I believe the hot spot is a separate charge. Might want to double check.

Got my HTC EVO last summer! :D

Thank folks. I will. That's probably my luck

Verizon just told me that I have unlimited use of the Hot Spot until May 15, at which time it will end. They don't yet know how much they will charge or how much time my unlimited plan will allow before charging extra. The lady said they are waiting to see how often people use the Hot Spot on the 4G phone first.

Too bad it will not be included in the plan because it is Sho-Nuff F A S T!

I've got a 4G air card, but I haven't found any 4G yet. AT&T doesn't have much of it going yet.

Most of Cobb and Fulton are in 4G for Sprint. Not in Paulding yet. :( Even though I have to pay for it. :rant
