Add Bookmark should be there now. I found the setting. :)

As for viewing the site on a phone, it is recommended to use Tapatalk if possible. Unfortunately, new modifications are designed for a normal full web browser and not a phone. I cannot selectively turn off this feature. Adding new features does not always work as designed for everyone. Just hang in there for now please.

I see bookmark, I am having the same problem as Lisa on my phone. Was the FB & Twitter button we had not sufficient? Just asking, I do not use all that stuff (Google, FB, Twitter and some I do not know anyone using. :)) ) for here and was not sure of the reason for the share thing on the side.

We're also looking at another option. Sometimes we just have to try it and see if it works.
 
I don't see the pop out thing on my phone. Just the computer. It will take some getting used to, but I can see the advantages of having it to share specific threads on FB or Twitter.

The ability to share may not be something that every individual wants, but as we gain new members i am betting the majority use multiple social media sites. We are just trying to make the site more attractive not only to current users but new user as well. Let's see how it goes and if this becomes a major problem for the majority of our users we will consider other options.

From my perspective, when I go to a new site, I don't look to see how I can link them to every part of my online life. Some of y'all are better kept secret, you know....

OK slider option on left turned off. Facebook Like button now available in every post. Hopefully that works for everyone. :)
 
What share tab?? The Facebook like button should be there in every post. If not I will find it and correct it.
 
Yeah we got rid of that in favor of something that does not have the tendency to hide key features of board navigation on phones and smaller screens.
