Thanks Madea for posting the link for these baby hats. I have a feeling I will make several more of these. :)

So Cute!!! I love these little hats! They are a quick sew, and great for a novice. I get so excited over these, LOL.

I love that material you chose!

I'm going to have to make some of these , they are turning out so well! Good job!

Squeeeeeeeeee!!! Great fabric, too! I wish I knew someone who was prego, 'cause I'd make some. Of course, I could make some and give them to the prego center, huh? :runsofftocheckfabricstash:

Thank you ladies for the nice comments. I pulled out the embroidery attachment for my sewing machine and embroidered on one of the hats the little name she has been calling the baby, "Ziggy". Doesn't show incredibly well on the print but my niece will get a kick out of it. lol

Mei Lan! That is an excellent idea! MrB was teasing me yesterday because BabyB already has about 7 or 8 hats, lol. Let me know if they will take them – I could donate, too.

Let me tell y’all, this. MrB and I stopped in Gymboree yesterday (and I LOL’d at the prices, yikes!) and they had these little hats for $10-$12 each! MrB found some and came running over, “Look!” haha. These have cost me probably less than two bucks each to make.

They will take them, and be totally thankful for them. See, isn't he happy with your thriftiness now?!? :)

LOL lil bro they might be, they are lil' sleepy bears

Our neighbors welcomed a lil furry child into their home. Again with my embroidery attach. on sewing machine I personalized a bath towel for him.

LOL I should have folded the towel better, it really was centered.

I love it!!

I have been doing more sewing lately. Here are some of the things I have made. The dresses are made on onesies. I made a little tutu on a 3-6 mos onesie, it is not sewn just tied onto ribbon and tied around onesie. (Thought this would be cute for picture taking purposes only)

The apron is a new one I have tried and loved it. It only takes a 1/2 yard of fabric for the front pockets & ties. It is made on a yellow & white checked tea towel. I have monogrammed it also. I have made several already (various colors) and getting ready to order more towels to make more.
