National Guard deployed to Philadelphia

So the guy shot had a knife and wouldn't put it down when commanded to do so. His wife was screaming he was bi-polar. Officers shot him when he came towards them. Now the community seems to think he shouldn't have been shot because he's bi-polar. So what are the officers supposed to do when a man threatens violence with a knife? Oh that's right. According to Biden; shoot him in the leg.
