:whistle LOL. Some old pics. Someone asked me to find a pic the other day from a couple of years ago, and I found many during my tenure in PC. Fox is next on my target list since he did such a great service for us all, and also appeared on a couple of Dallas Parade Floats

Lol, I like how she's doing all the work and the men are standing around drinking beer. Haha!!! Kinda like when we cook out here.

It was so much fun, I was teaching them so they were looking to learn. :D

Dave is a great cook, he can make some awesome soups and uses that rotisserie like a master. This was part of the old Highway 278 group, we put a cook book together and this was one of my contributions to it. We had a meet and greet with people actually making stuff they submitted to the cook book. Ahhhhh, it seems like so long ago.

I still have my cookbook!! I was really amazed at all the pictures I had over the years!!! During the shortlived time of that message boards we sure did jump feet first into meet & greets, gatherings, and community events. Anything from hosting a chili cookoff, easter egg hunt at Pauldings Meadows to reserving the Cotton Gin for Halloween party. The big event was the Dallas Christmas Parades where we would collect a ton of donations for charity. Other then great folks I met, I really do miss the firepit I installed in my backyard. A GREAT social gathering for many events

Yes, I remember that avatar and wasn't it Diehard that turned it into something other than a toast?? :laugh

Yea, we had lots of fun and lots of gatherings. Your firepit was the bomb!! The tiki torches, faces on the trees and lights gave a great effect!! It was the biggest firepit I can remember ever using to keep warm. You could get lots of chairs around it.
