This was my lunch today! I saw pictures of these sandwiches on the internet a while back, and we happened to be traveling through the area, so stopped in for lunch. This is the pork tenderloin sandwich served at the Edinburgh Diner in Edinburgh, IN.
Yes, it really is that big. There are onions, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes under the meat. It came with an order of fries. And, it was $7.99. I cut out a bun sized portion of meat for today's lunch. We'll be eating tenderloin sandwiches for several days from the leftovers.
