OH LOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, it is soooo cute!

Giraffes always remind me of this story....

When my 11 year old was barely walking and talking, I sometimes gave him Coco Puffs (but probably whatever the off brand was) as a snack. He has food allergies, so that was one of the best treats I could find for him that he enjoyed.

When he was about 4, we visited Silver Springs. They have a great giraffe exhibit. We were all enjoying the giraffes as they bent low to see if we had a snack for them. I was holding my little one up so he could see better. At one point, I put him on the ground to stand on his own, and he of course noticed what was closer to him. He exclaimed, "Oh, look at all the giraffe cereal! They've spilled it everywhere!" LOL

I'm glad he thought it was giraffe cereal......I've always been a busy person on the go. One day, we were on the way out the door, and I put some dry cereal in a bowl for him to snack on in the car. As we were dashing down the steps to the garage, I spilled the cereal. An expletive escaped my mouth. We were in a hurry, and I left it there. When we returned home, I meant to clean it up, but forgot as soon as I went upstairs. Two days later, I made sure to clean it up. As we hurried past the mess in the garage, he pointed to the floor, and said, "Sh!*" Yep. Bad Momma. Time to clean up the puffs!

Sorry - total hijack. But that's a cute baby giraffe!
 
I think I want one of these too.......it's too cute.........it also reminds me of a message board that I used to visit....someone would post a giraffe munching down and I thought it was the funniest thing ever......brought back a few good memories.........LOL :laugh
