Operation Legend: More than 200 charged with federal crimes, 1,000 arrested, AG Barr announces

At least 217 people have been charged with a federal crime, and more than 1,000 arrests have been made in major metropolitan cities since the Justice Department launched Operation Legend in July, U.S. Attorney General William Barr announced on Wednesday.

If a large percentage of these arrest are minorities the screaming will be audible. Racist establishment, racist cops, racist judicial system, racist AG, white privilege, systemic racism. I don't have any idea about the demographic of these arrest but if it has any appearance of unbalanced race ratios the shite will hit the fan. I will almost say if there are any minorities involved the race card will be played. They left draws it like a gun. Personally the JD can continue these arrest at will and I support them completely.

What this amounts to is the feds having to do what the local government didn't have the stones to do.

The feds won't drop charges like the local prosecutors. I look for some serious jail terms to be handed out.
