Don't know who she is, so it does not really matter, but I guess in 2 years she should look at herself again... since that it is the lottery she thinks she won?

Generally brown skin ages better than white skin. She got good skin DNA - she can thank her parents... too bad her mind is not as magnificent as Kellyanne. 'Cause Kellyanne is one bright woman. For what it's worth, I think Kellyanne is pretty.
