Paulding County Water & Sewer Customers who Receive Paper Bills

They needed to add a little more to the bills to pay for RCR being nearly a year behind schedule.... it was supposed to be full and operating by the end of 2019, and it looks like they haven't even completed the dam yet. One has to wonder if the state inspections failed or something since the RCR web site quit being updated in June when construction was supposed to be finished.
