...which has been pictured on several different occasions by trail cameras on our property located off Mulberry Rock Rd. If you know the owner or know of anyone who may know the owner please PM me. The game warden would like to personally wish the owner a very Merry Christmas.

Please feel free to share the pics. We missed it by 5 minutes yesterday, it left just prior to our arrival.

The light bar across the hood and the large decal on the driver-side rear window should make it easy to identify.

Game Warden saw my FB post, found my number, and called me. He actually called from the property and said we probably have him on camera now….and we did.

So now the question is….how did he do that?

Meaning how did he get your phone number and address of the property?

If so, getting the address of the property is pretty easy by searching the Paulding County property records for your name. For your phone number, googling your name would likely turn up a phone number or two (or more), but that info can be outdated. As a govt official, he may have other ways to search.

Or he got my phone number from my hunting and fishing permit. All I know is it was quick, like within 30 minutes of originally posting quick. My guess is there's an algorithm which hit on the phrase "game warden" or someone shared my post to a site he just happens to follow. I don't mind and am actually glad he did call, it was just amazing how fast he was actually on the property and on camera. Much faster than Fed-Ex in Austell.

BAM!!! Got him, it took less than a month for word to spread and for someone to respond with a clear picture of the truck and tag number which has now been forwarded to the game warden. Surprisingly it was an Alabama tag.

This is one example of when social media is useful and it goes to show that it takes very little effort to identify a particular vehicle or individual.
