Hi everyone
If you could please keep my best friend's son in your prayers please. He is 8 years old and has been having some sickness here and there and today she took him to the doctor and they are thinking he may be diabetic. When they checked his sugar, It was so high they couldn't get a reading on the meter and it was over the top high in his urine, so they are being admitted into scottish rite as I type this. He is probably so scared ( he doesn't like doctors at all). I love my little buddy so so much! He is like one of my own..this is the boy that gave me my nickname Tappy :love

Please keep them in prayer as they try to figure out what's going on. Thanks
 
Add my prayers for Matthew! Thankfully, SR is so good at helping kids his age, that he will be well taken care of and feeling much better soon!

Yes he will! I just talked to his mom via text and he is terrified. She said he told her to tell his Tappy to come see him and hug him :( :love
 
I went to visit my sweet boy...he looked so pitiful but when I walked in I got a big ole "Tappppyyyy" and a hug. Then he said I love you Tappy :love :love Yes my heart melted ;D He then had to tell me about all the shots he had to get and that they hurt. He said but I'm tough Tappy, I'll be ok. What a little trooper he is. They said he'll have to have 4 shots a day. His sugar was 390 when they admitted him.
 
How very sweet and sad. Prayers for quick recovery and he's feeling much better soon.
