This position is responsible for the planning, development, managing, implementation and administration of a comprehensive property management and maintenance program that provides buildings, facilities, construction, and land management services consistent with emerging trends and developments in the field of public properties administration. Work includes researching and evaluating existing and emerging standards for application to County physical facilities, construction activities and land management. Position ensures property management activities and initiatives are in concert with County Administration directives and the County’s vision and mission for future services to the community. Provides advisement and assistance directly to senior management in all aspects of the County’s property management function.
