So the snow is coming, so my wife and I and about half of Dallas crammed into Kroger to stock up on the basics. I saw where Kroger was running a special on Pearl Milling Co's pancake syrup. Don't get me wrong, I used to love it when it had the Aunt Jemima name, but I REFUSE to buy Pearl Milling Co Syrup. Nope, they've gone woke, so I won't buy them, it's Mrs. Butterworth's for me from now on.

On another vent, Valentines Day is still a month away, but there they were, staring at me intently...yes, I'm talking about Peeps...this are the most delicious snacks on the candy aisle... They were staring at me, I promise.

We got our half-gallon of milk last night (we already had 3 half-gallons but I guess someone was afraid the cow would run away). The only thing we may be missing is some bacon, we have to have bacon during "snowmageddon" or anything of the likes. Speaking of syrup, ya'll must be rich or something. It's Kroger brand original syrup around here.
 
I'm a Mrs. Butterworth's kinda girl.

I did not think about Peeps at Valentine's... I think of Easter.

I don't know why Peeps are fun to eat. Marshmallow and fine crunchy sugar...mmmmmm

They do have flavored Peeps now (cost more) I bought some after Easter when they went on sale... I liked those too.

No artificial syrups here, we use nothing but Log Cabin pure maple syrup...
 
Ingles is gonna be empty. Their warehouse is in Ashville, with Ice on one side and Snow in the mountains on the other side, plus local snow.

they may not get a truck at the stores locally after today until Wed/Thurs.
