This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Department Director and for other departmental operations; assists with development of the Advisory Board and Board of Commissioners agenda items; develops presentations; provides administrative support for the Water and Sewer Advisory Board; communicates with Finance and HR; coordinates with IT and Building Maintenance; serves as Open Record Officer for the Water System; Organizes events; Updates web pages; makes travel arrangements for department staff.
