So the gym was really hot this evening, and I worked up quite a sweat curling 500 lbs and running 50 miles. OK, it was a little less that that.

Anyway, I was apparently somewhat odoriferous when I got home. I told the wifey that it was just pheromones and she should find it exciting.

Next stop was the shower. ;D

Cool, I hadn't noticed. I usually listen to music or stream Netflix on my phone.

But it was hot in there tonight. Maybe I should recommend an HVAC company. :whistle
