Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett faces calls to recuse herself from LGBTQ case over Christian faith

Here, I was going to say, so all people of color would need to recuse themselves because they may be biased on many cases they hear...how dumb would that sound?


...A large percent of Americans are Christian so now they can be excluded at the whim of the Dems?

....By the same reasoning there are several justices that should recuse themselves because of their LACK of Christian faith.

...by that exact same standard liberal Justices should also recuse themselves on the exact same case, because of they cannot put aside their biases. We either trust the integrity of all the Justices to rule on merit not personal biases, or we trust none of them.

...They act like Sotomayor’s opinions aren’t totally based on her personal values and belief system rather than the law.
