My thought is that’s too much reading tonight so I’ll just turn in knowing when I wake up Trump will still be my President.

It will be interesting to see if the Dems now drop the second article of impeachment. Most likely they won't claiming that even though the SCOTUS agrees to hear it, doesn't mean Trump had the Constitutional right to go to court over the congressional subpoenas and should have complied. We all understand these Democrats think a Democratic majority trumps (pun intended) the other two branches of government.

Trump had the right to use the courts to fight the subpoenas. The House had the right to use the courts to enforce the subpoenas. The house didn't want the subpoenas enforced, or they would have done so. They wanted to drum up a specious obstruction charge.
