"The" memo

What is amazingly "funny" is how Democrats are saying what's in the memo has been taken out of context. I read a news report this morning stating how the MSM has been ignoring reporting on the contents of the memo and instead only reporting the Democrats rebuttal of it.

The Democrats are not denying that tainted "evidence", uncorroborated by independent sources, was used to obtain a FISA warrant. They also do not deny that that same warrant was renewed three times without the required evidentiary updates.

Cherry picked or not, if this memo isn't an outright lie, it is a direct egregious affront to the Fourth Amendment, regardless of it's affect on the overall investigation.

The entire Russia Investigation and anything that results are "fruits of the poisonous tree," and, if the memo is accurate, charges on any involved should be dismissed, thrown out and the entire investigation should be immediately stopped. That's what would result in the real world of The Law, but we all know that Washington operates under their own, "special" rules.

If I had obtained any warrant with false information, not only would the person I arrested be released with the apologies of the court, but any and ALL evidence I gained as a result would be suppressed and thrown out, not to mention that I would have been prosecuted for false swearing on a court affidavit.
