Top House Democrat slams Trump economy: 'We were fully employed during slavery'

The ignorance of these people knows no bounds.
As in working for your future to do with your pay check what you want, or working as a slave with no freedom... the man sees no difference?

And obviously will not admit that having a job with earning potential is worse than being on government welfare?

Perhaps that is why then-New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said that there's "this enormous cohort of black and Latino males" who "don't know how to behave in the workplace" and "don't have any prospects." He must have spoken to this James Clyburn, D-S.C. and assumed this segment of America was mentored by men like Clyburn not to work?

Clyburn is an embarrassment, he really is belittling the people he represents in South Carolina.

No wonder so many minorities are unhappy... they have mentors and community leaders like this dim bulb.

I have never heard of Clyburn before, but my guess is his power comes from people thinking he is powerful due to standing up against "racism" which he does his best to make it seem like everything in their life is against them due to "racism."
