Tornado...what to do?

Oh, I thought this thread would have more useful info like how loudly to scream and which family member to push out of the way on the way to the cellar! :p

J/K....thanks for giving us some great tips. On a serious note, this is shaping up to be one of the most violent weather events we've seen in years from what the experts say. Stay safe!

I hope everyone stays safe. I hate being away from home during these storms. Night shift sucks that way :BH

:( I hate that for you. Terrible to have to worry about those not with you.

I have dinner made (lasagna) and ready to go in the oven. Going to have the boys eat as soon as they get home. Our basket with; flashlights, candles, batteries, insurance policy, cash, and laptop ready to go downstairs. I am as prepared as I can be for all this nastiness!

Hopefully it will move through before everyone goes to bed. Also hoping it goes through quickly!!

Please do, we'd appreciate it.

If anyone has a scanner you set it to 146.895 and it will let you listen to the local repeater which in storm mode is linked to the nws and many other repeaters and you can here what is going on...
