The American people need to wake up to the reality of the high frequency of mental illness within the trans community. Many of them are getting gender reassignment because of mental illness to begin with, and the procedures do not cure the mental issues.
I say again...let's get them psychiatric counseling, not a scalpel and vials of hormones.
