The Queen and I had several limbs break near the tops of the two large oak trees in our front yard after the recent snow fall. Since we live in an HOA community we knew it was only a matter of time before we'd receive a "Letter" giving us a deadline for clean-up completion. There was no way I was climbing up there with a chainsaw, I'm too old for that crap now.

Last Friday our doorbell rang, when I opened the door it was a guy from TreeJob.Com who noticed we may be in need of his service. Since his crew was already working in our neighborhood he stopped by to offer a quote. Now normally I'm not a nice person to solicitors, especially for unannounced or uninvited solicitations but for some reason the guy just came across as being honest and sincere. I listened to his sales pitch and then allowed him to quote. After seeing his insurance and bond we agreed on a price and I had him annotate that proper safety gear would be worn at all times. He said his crew would be by the following week and he marked the two trees then left a sign in the yard.

This morning the crew arrived at 8am, we went over my expectations once again then they got to work immediately thereafter. They were done and gone well within 2 hours and their service surpassed my expectations. The crew members were polite and didn't waste any time. The quote did not include removal of the debris (my request) as I wanted the wood to burn in our outdoor fire pit.

I just wanted to give them a big thank you for taking care of our issue within the time frame and price quoted. Call Steven Raburn at 404 724-5995 for TreeJob.com tree service.

(and no, I didn't get a discount for the referral)
