That's interesting. On the surface it appears to be a good thing but I suppose it depends who decides what experience is the equivalent. It seems rip for potential abuse.

Yes. It would also have to be very job specific. I get that good social workers don't necessarily need psychology degrees, but I would really like to see that the guys inspecting the bridges have engineering degrees and not just a background in construction.
