Why didn't Gilligan and the Skipper think of this?

The castaways did spell HELP on the beach using large fish. It was on the original pilot that never aired until TBS showed it 30 years later. The pilot had someone else playing Ginger. There was a blonde who played Bunny, an airhead secretary. I'm trying to find the entire episode, but here's a clip.

Here's the theme song for that lost pilot. It's a lot different from the original and starts at about the 30-second mark.
